Refund policy
This policy applies to paid enrollments in Cloudifyapp educational programs confirmed by invoice or written enrollment notice. The website itself does not process checkout.
Eligibility
Refunds are available when you cancel within the timeframe below and you have not substantially consumed program materials as defined in your enrollment confirmation (for example, attending more than one live session or downloading the full template library after kickoff).
Timeframe
Submit a refund request at least 7 full days before the cohort start date for a full refund of tuition fees paid to Cloudifyapp. Requests received fewer than 7 days before start may qualify for a partial refund of 50% if no live sessions have been attended.
Full or partial refund conditions
Full refund: cancellation ≥7 days before start, materials not substantially consumed, and fees cleared in our account. Partial refund: late cancellation before first session, or withdrawal after one session with facilitator approval when illness or force majeure is documented. No refund after two or more live sessions except where required by mandatory law.
Non-refundable items
Third-party fees, custom facilitation travel (if separately quoted), rush localization surcharges, and seats transferred to another participant at your request are non-refundable once work has begun.
Refund process
Email contact@cloudifyapp.digital with your enrollment reference, program name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and state whether the request meets this policy.
Processing time
Approved refunds are initiated within 14 business days of approval.
Refund method
Refunds return to the original payment method when possible. Wire payments may be refunded by wire to the originating account; bank fees charged by intermediaries are deducted where permitted.
Cancellation by Cloudifyapp
If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later cohort or receive a full refund of tuition paid for the cancelled cohort.
Exceptions
Mandatory consumer protections under Korean law prevail where they grant broader rights. Assurance Track custom scopes may include alternate cancellation terms stated in the statement of work; those terms control for that engagement.
